Biography
Neşe Yılmaz Bakır was born in Kayseri, Turkey, in 1977. She holds bachelors degree in urban and regional planning (Mimar Sinan Fine Art University /Istanbul), master of science degree on urban planning (Istanbul Technical University) and doctor of philosophy degree on urbanism (Mimar Sinan Fine Art University).
She is an Associate Professor at Erciyes University Faculty of Architecture. She has several papers, articles on the urban change, urban renewal, urban project and design especially Kayseri urban development dynamics that published national and international wide.
