Asst. Prof. ŞEVKET ASLAN

Biography

He was born in 1986 in Kayseri. After completing his primary, secondary and high school education in Kayseri, he was accepted by the Civil Engineering Department of Istanbul Technical University. During his university education, he was among the students sent to the State University of New York in the United States. By fulfilling the graduation requirements of both universities, he graduated with a dual degree in 2011 and received his Bachelor of Science degrees. He completed his MSc in 2015 and his PhD in 2019 at Erciyes University, Department of Civil Engineering, on Transportation. He started his academic life in 2014 and still continues his academic career as a Assistant Professor at Erciyes University, Faculty of Engineering, Department of Civil Engineering, Department of Transportation.

He has a bunch of national and international studies. He participated in national and international conferences and symposiums with his scientific studies and made presentations. His articles are published in reputable journals in the field of transportation. He has many projects and patents related to transportation, traffic and highway.
