Personalized Medicine and Advanced Analytics (PMAA) research group provides advanced analytics solutions for personalized medicine related problems, which includes the diagnosis, prognosis and treatment of diseases. For this purpose, our group uses clinical and –omics data, and utilize and further develop biostatistics and machine learning methods, tools and workflows.
