Özet

This study evaluated the relationship between intuitive eating and hedonic hunger with body composition and biochemical findings in individuals without a chronic disease. The study found a negative correlation between intuitive eating score and body mass index, fat percentage, fat weight, and fasting glucose levels, while a positive significant correlation was found with creatinine values. The Power of Food Scale (PFS) score showed a significant positive correlation with body weight, body mass index, fat percentage, fat weight, and blood triglyceride levels. Intuitive eating behavior and hedonic hunger may be associated with physical health indicators and body composition of healthy adults.
