λ statistical quasi-Cauchy sequences in metric spaces

Abstract

In this study we first consider the sequences in the sense of λ-statistical quasi Cauchy together with the functions preserving the convergence of this kind of sequences called ward continuous functions in a metric space X. Then we relate this kind of continuity with some others. We finally reach such a result that λ-statistically ward continuity of a function with domain a ward compact in λ-statistically sense subset E X implies the uniformly continuity of the function.
