Social media platforms play a crucial role as potent spaces for the existence and self-representation of atheist social movements. They offer a flexible and continuously expanding space for discourse, enabling alternative modes of socialization and relationship-building. The strategies employed within this space aim to broaden the reach of atheist movements, thereby increasing their influence and visibility. While both global and local dynamics influence these strategies, they may manifest differently in various countries, despite sharing certain similarities. The purpose of this study is to analyze the online strategies of the Ateizm Derneği (Atheism Association), established in 2014 as Türkiye's first official atheist association, within the framework of central themes in the relevant literature. The study addresses the following themes: (1) competitiveness/cooperation among organizations, (2) minority discourse, (3) religious mimicry, (4) exposing religion, (5) inversion, (6) reclaiming patriotism, and (7) reclaiming spirituality. The distinctive aspect of this study is the reinterpretation of these strategies within the context of Turkey's unique political and socio-cultural dynamics. The findings demonstrate that the strategies evolve through counter-narratives aligned with popular science, humor, socio-political criticism, and campaign language, occasionally infused with Islamophobic undertones.
