In the title compound, C(15)H(14)N(4)O(3)S(2), the hydroxy group is disordered over two positions with occupancies of 0.619 (5) and 0.381 (5). The benzene ring attached to the heterocycle makes a dihedral angle of 86.92 (9)degrees with respect to the best plane through the five-membered ring. The crystal packing is stabilized by intermolecular O-H center dot center dot center dot O, N-H center dot center dot center dot S, N-H center dot center dot center dot N, C-H center dot center dot center dot O and C-H center dot center dot center dot N hydrogen bonds, and N-H center dot center dot center dot pi and C-H center dot center dot center dot pi interactions.
