Abstract

Organophosphate (OP) poisoning is common in developing countries. The presenting symptoms and signs of OP intoxication are multiple and may cause diffuculty in differential diagnosis, especially in children. A case of OP intoxication is reported who presented as diabetic keto-acidosis.
