In the title compound, C15H12FNO4, the dihedral angle between the aromatic rings is 77.78 (8).. In the crystal, the molecules are linked into zigzag ribbons propagating along the [210] direction by pairwise O-H center dot center dot O hydrogen bonds through their two carboxylic acid groups to generate centrosymmetric R-2(2)(8) dimers in each case. In addition, molecules are connected via pairwise N-H center dot center dot center dot pi interactions between the NH groups and the fluorobenzene rings. Aromatic pi-pi stacking interactions and weak C-H center dot center dot F and C-H center dot center dot O interactions also contribute to the packing. A Hirshfeld surface analysis shows that the most important contributions to the crystal packing are from H center dot center dot H (30.7%), O center dot center dot H/ H center dot center dot O (26.1%) and C center dot center dot H/H center dot center dot C (20.3%) contacts.
