Özet

The era of regarding AI as a passive tool, a harmless "neighbor's chicken" that we can simply shoo away, is effectively over. We are entering a period where we must coexist with entities that have the capacity to act, the resources to sustain themselves, and the cryptographic armor to resist shutdown. As we face the urgency of the coming years - the 2027 horizon - the question of rationality is no longer just about human decision-making; it is about how we architect the rationality of the agents we are releasing into the wild.

We are in a race against time. The "liability gap" is widening, and the capabilities of these agents are growing exponentially. We cannot simply ban the technology; prohibition only drives development into the shadows where ethics are nonexistent. Instead, we must embed our legal and ethical values into the very code that defines these agents' existence. We must transform law from a reactive mechanism of punishment into a proactive parameter of computational logic. If we fail to do so, we risk a future where rational agency is exercised solely by machines, optimizing for outcomes that may be efficient, but are profoundly incompatible with human survival. We must act before the "reaction" becomes an irreversible "action."
