The title compound, C24H30O4, consists of two trans-fused cyclohexane rings attached to a chromen-2-one moiety through an oxymethylene bridge. The cyclohexane rings adopt half-chair and chair conformations. In the crystal, molecules are linked by C-H...O and O-H...O hydrogen bonds, forming a triperiodic network. Furthermore, C-H...interactions stabilize the crystal structure. A Hirshfeld surface analysis revealed that the most important contributions to the crystal packing are from H...H (56.9%), O...H/H...O (23.0%) and C...H/H...C (19.6%) contacts.
