Özet

Objective: We evaluated 20 patients with spinal lesions with respect to the value of unilateral hemilaminectomy at the Department of Neurosurgery, Erciyes University, Medical Faculty, Kavseri, Turkey. The operative technique of the limited approach for spinal lesions is described.
