Darier's disease is characterized by dirty, warty, papular excrescences that tend to coalesce into patches on symmetrical areas of the face, trunk and flexures of extremities. The disease is an autosomal dominant disorder with altered keratinization of the epidermis nails and mucous membranes. As with several other genodermatoses affecting the epidermis, the disease is improved by therapy with topical or systemic retinoids. Herein we reported a case of Darier's disease for the rarety of condition and clinical response to systemic acitretin therapy in our case.
