Abstract

Objectives: Intestinal-type adenocarcinoma (ITAC) of the ethmoid mostly affects patients exposed to wood dust and has been traditionally treated with bilateral resection. The aim of the present study was to validate unilateral endoscopic resection with transnasal craniectomy (uERTC) in selected ITACs.
