Özet

Dispersive solid phase microextraction (D-SPµE) has been widely used to separate and adsorb heavy metals in various samples. However, most of D-SPµE adsorbents have certain drawbacks, containing high extraction times, low selectivity, and low re-usability. Therefore in this study, broccoli-like strontium titanate (SrTiO3) perovskite nanomaterial was successfully synthesized. Various characterization results indicate the successful synthesis of SrTiO3. The resultant SrTiO3 was firstly applied as a selective and effective adsorbent for D-SPµE of lead in river water, wastewater, sea water, well water, dam water, black pepper, green lentils, lettuce, spinach, sumac, wheat flour, and cauliflower samples. Different variables were optimized in detail. They were found to be pH 4; contact times, 30 s and 2 min.; volume of sample, 50 mL; volume of eluent, 3 mL (2 mol L−1 HCl); linear range, 30–600 μg L−1, and re-useability of SrTiO3, 15. The method was highly selective for D-SPµE of Pb(II) toward matrix ion concentrations (in mg L−1), which were 10,000 for Na+, 10,000 for Mg2+, 50,000 for Ca2+, and 50,000 for K+. The results was verified by analysis of SPS-WW1 Batch 121 Wastewater, NIST 1573a Tomato Leaves, BCR-482 Lichen, and NW-TMDA-54.6 Lake water certificate reference materials and by recovery experiments in food and water samples. It provides a selective, fast, reliable, and accurate approach to determine of trace lead in samples.
