Özet

This paper presents the dynamic behavior of the double-bridge crane beams with multiple carriages. The analytical solution of the movable load system is available only on a single beam and these solutions are realized under constant or harmonic loading conditions. However, there is a random and constantly changing loading due to the flexible behavior of the beam during the transportation of the load, the rope acting as a spring between the load carriage, and all the dynamic effects caused by the oscillation. Therefore, the contact forces acting on the beam according to the number of different trolleys during the movement of the load in the crane system, which constitutes the basis of this study, are obtained through the multi-body dynamic analysis with ADAMS. In the study, crane beams are flexibly modeled, and at the same time, the ropes that are connected to the load with the carriage are modeled as springs. The obtained forces are applied to beams as a moving load problem and the numerical solution is realized by the finite element method. On the other hand, an experimental system apparatus is done, and the dynamic behavior of the crane system under moving load is investigated on this experimental setup system structure. The measured results from the experimental are compared with numerical results. The results are improved that, the proposed computational solution method can be used effectively in such crane system designs.
