In the molecule of the title compound, C(22)H(24)N(2)O(3)S, the dihedral angle between the two phenyl rings is 70.28 (11)degrees. The cyclohexane ring adopts a chair conformation while the thiazolidine ring assumes an envelope conformation. The crystal packing is stabilized by intramolecular N-H center dot center dot center dot O and intermolecular C-H center dot center dot center dot O and O-H center dot center dot center dot O hydrogen-bonding interactions. The structure also contains C-H center dot center dot center dot Cg interactions, where Cg is the centroid of the phenyl ring at (1-x, -y, 1-z); for this contact, C center dot center dot center dot Cg = 3.721 (3) angstrom, H center dot center dot center dot Cg = 2.82 angstrom and C-H center dot center dot center dot Cg = 162 degrees.
