ICDEC-2024, the Third International Conference on Data, Electronics and Computing, was organized by the Department of Industrial Engineering at Erciyes University Talas, Kayseri, Türkiye, in collaboration with the COMSYS Educational Trust, Kolkata, West Bengal, India from September 18th to 20th, 2024. Like its previous edition, ICDEC-2023, ICDEC-2024 offered a unique platform for scien tists and researchers in computing and systems to interact and exchange scientific ideas and present their novel contributions in front of a distinguished audience, fostering business and research collaborations. The conference accepted papers on several important and cutting-edge topics that have been grouped into five tracks: (1) Artificial Intelligence and Data Science, (2) Electronics and Communications, (3) Image, Video and Signal Processing, (4) Industrial Engineering, (5) Management Information Systems and Marketing analytics and one special session on the power of Explainable AI.
