Solid oxide water electrolyzers provide high temperature water electrolysis in high efficiency. They are seen as one of the most economical hydrogen production method due to their integration on nuclear power plants' and industrial melting furnaces' process heat. In this study, a cathode supported solid oxide water electrolyzer is numerically modelled to investigate the effect of different conditions on the cell performance. Increasing the cell operating temperature from 800. to 900., velocity inside the channel is increased about 0.24 m s-1. On the other hand, hydrogen production amount is increased 2.51 mole m-3. In addition, between 600-1000. temperature values, cell performance is increased around ten times. In higher voltage values like 1.6 V, while molar ratio of hydrogen is obtained as 4-5 mole m-3 water vapor molar ratio is calculated as 6-7 mole m-3. Moreover, in simulation results, hydrogen, and water vapor concentration are observed and in higher temperatures, further molar fraction and concentration values are observed for hydrogen gas inside the channel and cathode electrode.
