© 2018 by Türkiye Klinikleri.Carotid Body tumors are benign hyper vascular tumors and unknown etiology. As some of the cases can be malignant even if they are in low status, early detection and treatment of the disease is important Majority of the patients are present with a complaint of swelling in neck without pain. Earache, hearing loss and cranial nerve paralysis are other symptoms of disease. Dizziness is one of ther are symptoms of Carotid Body tumor, and the differential diagnosis of patients presenting with a complaint of dizziness is difficult. In this study A 59-year-old female patient with a diagnosis of Carotid Body Tumor accompanied by an intracranial aneurysm presenting with pain lessmass and dizziness in the neck was presented to highlight the fact that vertigo is one of the rare symptoms of Carotid Body Tumor.
