Özet

Mushroom is a good source of protein and quite rich also in vitamins and minerals. Mushrooms are grown in places where humidity and temperature can be controlled, where sunlight is little or not at all, and easy to ventilate. Caves, cold storage warehouses, greenhouses that reflect sunlight, galleries, coops, tunnels, warehouses, basements, and modern mushroom operations are examples of places where mushrooms are grown. There are three systems, bunk, safe and plastic bags in mushroom farming. When mushroom growth system is preferred; the characteristics of the growing places, the use of workers and machines, seasonal or continuous production and environmental conditions should be taken into consideration. In this study, a mushroom greenhouse was constructed which consisted of a lightweight, robust and corrosion resistant materials without biological and chemical damage to the plant cover, completely structured plastic material which is easy to install. The greenhouse has a modular-portable system and can provide environment and climate conditions necessary for mushroom production. A portable greenhouse was successfully constructed in this study with GRP (glass-fiber reinforced polyester) rods and a newly developed sp3 module.
