A Brown Swiss female calf died 3 days after delivery was referred to the Erciyes University, Faculty of Veterinary Medicine and Department of Pathology. Calf head was investigated by pathologic-anatomic and magnetic resonance (MR) methods. In the pathological-anatomical examination, the calf had a single body and extremity system, diprosopus, cleft palate (palatoschisis) and the abnormalities of single root which was characterized by dual tongues, identified by magnetic resonance. It was diagnosed as diprosopus case supported by MR.
