A novel nanocomposite was synthesized and characterized using FE-SEM, XRD, and FTIR techniques. The material was applied in a microsolid-phase extraction method for the trace determination of Cd(II), Ni(II), and Co(II). Key analytical parameters such as pH, adsorbent amount, eluent type and concentration, and sample and eluent volumes were optimized. Metal quantification was performed using FAAS, achieving a preconcentration factor of 60. Limits of detection were 3.87, 7.47, and 12.15 µg/kg for Cd(II), Ni(II), and Co(II), respectively. Method validation was conducted with certified reference materials and successfully applied to food and water samples from Türkiye.
