Özet

Pb(II) and Cu(II) were separated and preconcentrated using a micromotor-based magnetic micro-solid phase extraction (μM-M-µSPE) technique, followed by their determination via flame atomic absorption spectrometry (FAAS). A novel nanocomposite, MOF-74 (Co)@Fe3O4, was synthesized through a combination of hydrothermal and sol–gel methods and employed as a sorbent-nanomotor for Pb(II) and Cu(II). Essential analytical parameters, such as pH, nanomotor amount, sample and eluent volumes, and fuel (H2O2) concentration, were studied and optimized. After the adsorption of the targeted metal ions onto the motor’s surface, the optimal motion parameters were assessed using an electronic microscope. The limits of quantification (LOQ) for Pb(II) and Cu(II) were determined as 6.33 µg L-1 and 0.90 µg L-1, respectively. The μM-Mµ-SPE technique is a new, accurate, reliable, easy, and rapid alternative for the separation, enrichment, and measurement of Pb(II) and Cu(II) in different samples such as cigarettes, food, wastewater, and natural water.
