Özet

This paper presents a frequency domain signal based design method for quadrature mirror filter (QMF) banks. the proposed filter banks performances were examined and evaluated for the time domain signals In designs, the artificially generated EEG signal and its FFT transform was used. The prototype filter of the QMF bank parameters are designed with artificial bee colony (ABC) algorithm. In time and frequency domain designed QMF bank performances are compared and interpreted.
