There are many reasons that affect the economy, such as
wars, pandemics, climate change, natural disasters and etc. Compared to
developed countries, developing countries like ours have a more fragile
economic structure and are more affected by events. Thissituation severely
affects the decision-making processes of decision makers who want to make
investment. The main motivation of this study is to present a flexible and
reliable investment decision system by including multiple parameters. When we
look at the literature, it’s seen that there are many estimation studies and
many methods. These
are generally studies
that compare the
forecasting performance of
different methods on a single parameter.
