Jerusalem artichoke is one of the most unrecognized vegetables, although many people have seen it before. In the first sub-section of this study, theoretical information about Jerusalem artichoke was compiled from different sources. In the second sub-section, information on cultivation, both from different sources and from the author's own experience, is shared with the readers.
