Aim: This cross-sectional comparative study was conducted to determine the relationship between body image, depression, and emotional eating disorders between influencer adolescents and non-influencer adolescents. Materials and Methods: The study was conducted with 90 adolescents (45 influencer adolescents, 45 non-influencer adolescents) attending high school. The data of the study were collected between April and June 2025. Data were collected using the Adolescent Information Form, the Depression Anxiety Stress Scale-21, the Body Image Scale, and the Emotional Eating Scale for Children and Adolescents. Results: Adolescents with influencer status had significantly higher depression, anxiety, and stress scores compared to those without influencer status (p≤0.001). It has been determined that being an influencer, emotional eating, depression, stress, and anxiety variables predict body image scores and explain 39.2% of the variance (p≤0.001). Conclusion: The variables such as being an influencer, emotional eating, depression, stress, and anxiety significantly predict body image in adolescents.
