Özet:

In this thesis, a series of benzylidenemalononitriles and guanylhydrazones synthesized as reagents in excellent yields (85-95%). After optimization of reaction conditions, the scope of the benzylidene malononitriles was screened using guanyl hydrazones. As a result of the reactions, series of novel 5-amino [1,2,4]triazolo[1,5-c]pyrimidine derivatives and 6- amino-2-imino dihydropyrimidine derivatives obtained. The synthesized molecules were characterized by using 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR, HR-MS and IR spectra. Moreover, structure of triazolopyrimidine derivatives was verified by single-crystal X-ray diffraction.
