Özet

Bacteria significantly affect the plant availability of plant nutrients in the soil. This level of influence varies with the bacterial population, activity and viability time. For determination of the effects of bacteria inoculated tuff material on yield and physiological parameters of grape plant, this study conducted. In this study, 'Sultani' seedless variety was used as grape variety. This study was carried out for two years and every year approximately 2.9E + 9 CFU g(-1) bacteria was added to the medium-sized tuff material (8 mm x 8 mm x 11 mm). The tuff materials with bacteria are added to the saplings separated as working groups. About 50 g of bacteria-tuff material was placed in the roots of the saplings. As a result of the study, chlorophyll, stomatal permeability, membrane permeability and the highest amount of photosynthesis were obtained with bacterial inoculated tuff application. Some plant antioxidant enzyme activity such as POD, CAT, and SOD with IAA, gibberellic acid and salicylic acid amounts increased compared to control. But abscisic acid (ABA) amount of leaves decreased compared to control. According to these results, it was determined that the application of bacterial inoculated tuff material in the soil in terms of taking the plant nutrients by plants and improving some physiological parameters will have significant effects on the agricultural system.
