For the significance level of the tests, p<0,05 and p<0,01 values were accepted. As a result, it has been determined that the attitude towards the profession and job characteristics of physical education and sports teachers participating in the studyare above average. Also, it has been determined that there is a positive relationship between the attitude towards the profession and job characteristics, and themodel created is also significant.
