Özet

The title compound, C17H18N2Se, was synthesized by heating bis[1-ethyl-3-(2-phenylethyl) benzimidazolidin-2-ylidene] and selenium in toluene. The dihedral angle between the benzimidazole ring system and the phenyl ring is 17.2 (2)degrees.
