This paper takes an in depth look the process of ERP implementation via a case study methodology in Kayseri Sugar Factory. In this paper we analyzed the implementation issues of ERP in major Turkish company. Kayseri Sugar Factory is the first sugar factory implememnting ERP in Turkey. Thir paper also identifies critical success factors in successful implementation of ERP. Selected ERP modules, the integration of related ERP modules, problems encountered during ERP implementation and benefits provided will also presented. The lessons learned from this implememntation would be useful for other companies in their efforts to successfully implement ERP systems.
