Özet

EOG (Electrooculogram) is the measurement of the electrical activity of the eye movements with the surface electrodes from the eye region. In this study, a dual-channel computer-based EOG meter was developed for the detection of EOG signals. An attention test software was developed to provide an analysis of eye movements during signal processing, and the reference directions on the test were determined and it was determined how many times the eye moved according to the directions determined in the determined time. Test-enrolled EOG signals were recorded in 8 patients aged 8-13 years who were diagnosed with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) and 8 healthy individuals of the same age group. These signals were then analyzed in a computer environment. According to the results, it was determined that the number of eye movements of healthy individuals was statistically significant and was in agreement with the reference value, and that the level of significance was low in the patients. In this study, an EOG device with computer interface software and attention test software were developed for the diagnosis of attention deficit and tried to gain innovation in the literature in order to be able to test and diagnose individuals who are particularly lacking in attention.
