Özet

Partial unilateral lentiginosis (PUL) is a rare pigmentary disorder characterized by multiple lentigines grouped within an area of normal skin, often in a segmental pattern and appearing at birth or childhood. Although PUL is found with relative frequency, few isolated case reports have been published in the literature. Herein we descibe 2 cases of PUL in the segmental distrubition of women aged 13 and 19 years, and discuss the characteristics of PUL and differential diagnosis.
