With the scope of the 2023 46th International Conference on Telecommunications and Signal Processing (TSP – IEEE Conference Record #59544), this award has been given as an appreciation for the paper titled "Cost-Effective Adaptive Predictor for Large-Scale Wind Signal". This award was supported by IEEE Czechoslovakia Section SP/CAS/COM Joint Chapter. Moreover, this paper is the yield of the TUBITAK 3501 project named "Development of Online Censoring Strategy Based Novel Complex-Valued Adaptive Signal Processing Techniques For Big Data Streams" coordinated by Assoc. Prof. Engin Cemal MENGÜÇ.
